Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sweetlees Boutique!  We know not every purchase is a perfect fit.  If you have any questions or concerns about returns & exchanges, please email: returns@sweetleesboutique.com

Non-Returnable Items: Anything purchased with a coupon code of 50% or more or items in the Sale section 50%+ off retail is consideredfinal sale and you may not return or exchange. No exceptions. 

These items are ineligible for a return:

  • Leggings
  • Camis
  • ALL sale/flash sale items, door-busters, socks, jewelry, & hats are final sale.

You may not return an item if it is has been used, washed, damaged, worn, or if the tags are removed.  NO exceptions.  If an item is returned in used condition, has been washed, damaged, worn, or if the tags are removed, the customer will be responsible for shipping the items back to them.

You may resell any items you purchase through Sweetlees Boutique on our Sweetlees Boutique Buy/Sell/Trade Facebook page.  


Returnable Items: You may return most new, unworn items within 30 days of purchase for store credit. We must receive the item within the 30 day timeframe. If the item is received outside of the designated time frame, the return will be rejected.All items must have original tags attached.

Order Errors/Damaged Items: We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or if you received an incorrect or defective item(s).All original tags must still be attached.  If the tags are not attached, then it is not returnable and will be rejected. You have 2 days from the day the order was received to report it as being damaged.  We will not accept any error/damaged item(s) after this 2 day period for return. No exceptions. If you notice an item is defective and it has been more than 2 days since delivery, we cannot replace the item. If the item is damaged during wear, we cannot replace the item. If you do not notice a damage until you remove the tags and/or wear it, we cannot replace the item. Our goal is to keep items affordable.  By adhering to our policies and guidelines, you make that possible!  

Exchanges: Due to the high turnover and limited availability of items, we do not facilitate exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please follow the steps below and mail back your return. Then you may reorder your item at your leisure or wait until your return has been processed and order using your store credit. You will only receive store credit.  We do not issue refunds.  Store credit is for the purchase price of the item(s) exchanged only,not shipping charges.

Additional notes:Returns are processed to a gift card or in-store credit account within 7-10 business days after you send the item(s) back. We highly recommend using a traceable carrier with tracking number.  Sweetlees Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Please contact your local post office with questions regarding tracking packages.

How to Return An Item:

If the item(s) are returned without tags, is a non-returnable item(s) as stated above, or not as described by customer, then we will ship it back at the customer's expense.

1)  Create the return online by clicking HERE.

2)  After we get the items and process the return, we will refund your purchase onto a gift card or in-store credit.  We will contact you via email letting you know the return is complete.
